B Girl covers it best.
And no, I didn't pay the $20 cover. Can anyone guess why?
But ooooh, yeah. AFI and Julie Dexter are amazing live. What a priviledge.
I'm surprised I didn't get whiplash. My head hasn't rocked like that in a while, hehe.

Hah hah!
On a whim, I return to your little corner of the blogosphere and am properly rewarded with "firstness!"
Welcome back, sugar. ;)
Thank you! See you Wednesday.
*sigh*
Well, actually not, as I have a concert I'm gonna attend. I can stop by the blogger meetup, but I can't stay very long.
Ships that pass in the night, as ever.
Dam this already happened?????? I love Nicolay and the Foreign Exchange...Why didn't you tell me....Oh dam you roar...AWWWWWWWGGGHHHHHHH Nicolay was in town.....dammmmmmm.....dammmmmmmmmm.....dammmmmmmm
This was the first time I've ever heard Nicolay. I was VERY impressed. But I gotta say, it's hard for me to really "follow" DJs. Perhaps I don't understand the medium enough...

Yeah, he dropped probably one of the best cd's this millenia.....Very soulful/r-n-b/gospel sounding hip-hop. Big influences from the early 90's. Rap is pretty much dead to me now but that guy definitely gets it. If ya know somebody who has the Foreign Exchange CD...go borrow it, its nice cousin...
He played AVENUE, though. Huh.
Hehe. ; )
